HP Pavilion dm3t equipped with Intel Core i3-380um (clock speed 1.33GHz) which is an Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) processor. This processor is ideal for power savings but still powerful to run Office application, stream high-definition video, and surf the Web in multiple tabs, even to do all of these at multitasking. Intel GMA HD graphic chip is good pairs of that Intel processor, but it not good in supporting 3D-intensive tasks. Combination of Intel ULV processor, Intel integrated graphic chip, plus 62Wh battery, make this laptop can stand up to 8 hours and 26 minutes (based on MobileMark 2007 tests). HP Pavilion dm3t has 13.3-inch widescreen with good brightness levels and viewing angles. Its keyboard is a backlit keyboard, so the typing experience has the right amount of resistance. HP Pavilion dm3t top and bottom part is covered by a textured matte black plastic. Its design may be not luxurious, but calm and nice looking. HP Pavilion dm3t weights at 4 pounds, which lightweight enough for frequent travelers. Like others 13-inch CULV-base laptops, it doesn't have an optical drive.
